METHODS OF PAYMENT
BARMY BEETLES require a 25% deposit upon booking and the balance payment must be received, no later than 1 month prior to the wedding/booking.
Payment is required in full if your hire is within 30 days of the booking date.
No car or date is considered reserved without a deposit and completed booking form being received by “Barmy Beetles Ltd”.
We will always write a confirmation letter for every booking. If you do not receive this within 5 days please call us as this may mean we have not received your deposit.
Cancellations will only be accepted up to 30 days before the wedding/booking if a final payment has been made then we will refund this if we have received it before it was due IE: before the 30 days before hire period.
Deposits are Non refundable. Refunds may be returned in certain circumstances as decided by the directors of BARMY BEETLES Ltd. All refunds will be paid back by cheque, this will levy a £10.00 charge to cover our administration costs but may be wavered at the discretion of the directors of BARMY BEETLES.

Payments can be made in Cash, by Cheque or Postal Order made payable to "Barmy Beetles Ltd", if you prefer we can accept payments direct into our bank, if you would prefer to do this then please contact us and we will give you our banking details (this method is only available once we have received a completed booking form)
