we apologise to those of you who have had difficulty in contacting us, we had assumed that after two moves in a short space of time that the trouble with our phone lines and web site were due to errors by BT while the phone lines were a result of BT the web site was not and had been inter feared with by persons unknown, we have as today Thursday 29th July 2010 been able to regain control of it and update our details and retrieve emails sent through this and other sites linked to it, please bear with us while we respond to the nearly 200 emails that we have just been able to collect. To further complicate matters the redirection service provided by the Royal Mail has been working somewhat intermittently and we have not been receiving mails posted to our previous address.

 

Please check the availability of our cars as after the continued attempts to steal them and our trailers we are having to move them to more secure premises and will not have the same storage facilities that we have at present so we will be reducing our fleet to the two vans, Champagne, Ella or Madi and Lucy and will be selling the other ones. Due to the continued theft attempts we will also be selling our trailers and only covering around a 40 mile radios of PO8 9LB but this will depend on the distances to be traveled once we have made it to the pick up address.

 

We have been made aware of some forum posts about our company, the service we provide and the legality of our vehicles, we are not going to respond to these posts but will be tracing the source and taking whatever action needs to be taken against the perpetrators of them if this is deemed fit to do so. 

 

Sadly under normal booking conditions we are now only going to be covering a 40 mile radius of PO8 9LB, we will consider bookings further afield but this will incur a separate charge of upwards of £150 to cover the cost of obtaining a transporter.

 

(Please note that due to the licensing laws regarding the age of our vehicles we are not able to carry out any prom bookings)
